An Oxymoron:  Governments make investments for their citizens.  Investment decisions by committee are a direct route to impoverishment.  Exponential wealth destruction when by a committee of politicians with an eye towards the next election.

It may well be that it is in Canada’s interest to complete the Trans-Mountain Pipeline, but when the Government of Canada is ready to pay, Mssrs Kinder and Morgan rub their hands in glee.
